Born in 1973 in Kayseri, Yahyalı, GÜMÜŞ completed its primary and secondary education in Mersin and its high school education in Kayseri. Hasan Gümüş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yayla Agro Gıda, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 1996, and completed his master's degree in Agricultural Economics at Trakya University. Hasan GÜMÜŞ has been the Chairman of the Board of Yayla Agro Gıda since 1996.

Hasan GÜMÜŞ, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is on the board of directors of OAİB (Central Anatolian Exporters' Unions), UHK (National Grain Council), PAKDER (Agricultural Products Cereal Processing and Packaging Manufacturers Association), PDD (Rice Millers Association), DEİK Sudan, DEİK Senegal, DEİK Indonesia and DEİK Mozambique. In addition, MÜSİAD (Independent Industrialists and Businessmen Association) has been the Chairman of the Agricultural Commission in Ankara and the Chairman of the Board of Directors in DEİK Malaysia. GÜMÜŞ, who speaks English well, is married and has 3 children.

He was born in 1983 in Çamlıdere, Ankara. He completed his high school education at Anatolian high school in Yenimahalle. After graduating from Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration in 2004, he received the Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor Certificate in 2012. Demirtaş, who started to work in Yayla Agro Gıda in 2006, assumed the duties of Purchasing and Administrative Affairs Manager between 2005-2013 and Marketing Manager between 2013-2017.

Kenan DEMİRTAŞ, who is the founder of different departments of the company, has managed the establishment of the supply chain, making a strategic plan of the company, establishing a R&D Center and Turquality processes. Demirtaş, who is on the Yayla Agro Gıda Executive Board, still continues to serve as the Deputy General Manager he was appointed in 2017. Yayla Agro Gıda Deputy General Manager Kenan DEMİRTAŞ, who is a member of the Board of Directors of PLAT Private Branded Products Manufacturers and Suppliers Association and a member of the Board of Directors of DEİK Tanzania and Sudan Business Councils, is married and has three children. Kenan DEMİRTAŞ speaks good English.

Born in Artvin in 1988, Attorney Mihriban YAYLICI successfully completed her law degree at Ihsan Doğramacı Bilkent University Faculty of Law. For 12 years, she provided legal counsel to clients operating in various sectors, primarily in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law. Deciding to continue her professional career within Yayla Agro, where she provided consultancy for many years, YAYLICI also has a good command of English.
