As the first and only R&D center in its sector approved by the Ministry in Mersin Production Facilities in 2018, it works with a research team of 25 people to meet the changing consumer expectations in the best way and to develop nature-friendly innovative production models. Yayla Agro Gıda R&D center takes innovation to the center within the framework of the motto of "With a Sustainable World" and carries the tradition to the future as the pioneering power of gastronomy with innovative products developed in accordance with consumer expectations.

Yayla Agro Gıda, which says human health first, continues its quality in its products with its new generation packaging. With its special packaging without BPA, which does not need a cold chain, it protects both human health and the food and nutritional values in the packaging. It is impossible for us to keep a meal we cook in our homes for two years, but Yayla Agro Gıda is the new generation packaging and your meals are the same as on the first day.

Yayla Agro Gıda, which adopts the principle of improving public health with the mission of building a healthier future, offers reliable homemade flavors such as soups, bulgur and rice pilafs, pilaki, meaty dried beans, meaty chickpeas and compote with its Ready Meal series in BPA-free (BisphenolA) special packages. The Ready Meal series, which is produced in Yayla Agro Gıda production facilities with the latest technology, meets the consumer as it is cooked without using additives such as colorants and preservatives. These products, which are produced in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Systems, Halal-Kosher, BRC and IFS Global Food Safety standard, OHS, Covid-19 Safe Production and environmental legislation, become the name of safe food with their contents.

The new generation packaging extends the shelf life of the Yayla Ready Meal series with no additives, no preservatives, and home-cooked dishes. The material used in the packaging with the highest barrier feature in the flexible packaging segment draws attention with its near-zero air and moisture permeability. This special packaging, which does not need a cold chain, exposes the whole product to the same amount of heat even when it reaches the amount of heat required for full sterilization thanks to its balanced heat dissipation feature. While there are losses during the process cycle in the products sold in different packages, the special packaging of Yayla without BPA preserves the quality of the food and the nutritional value of the heat sensitive substances.

Yayla Ready Meal Packages, which have a multilayer lamination structure consisting of special films, are also preferred with their easy to open feature. Moreover, packaging, which takes up 1 in 10 less space than glass and tin cans, provides a significant advantage with sufficient small storage space while protecting the environment with its aspect that reduces carbon emissions spent during logistics.
